　Management Accounting Service
　　We assist our clients in constructing effective management (accounting) systems such as management planning system, budjet system, cost accounting system and the like. The effective management (accounting)system helps organizations secure a sound financial future. Our representative holds both CPA and CMA certifications and has been engaged in the field of management accounting for almost 19 years.


　Internal Control Service
　　We encourage our clients to establish robust internal controls which are crucial for effective and sound corporate operations. Our approach toward internal control systems is based on "risk approach" which is now applied in Japan, US or other advanced nations. Although the critical objective of internal controls is appropriate financial reporting, other purposes should not be understated. Especially, we shed light on operational effectivenesses of internal controls, which enables our clients to achieve managerial goals.
　　We also assist internal auditors of our clients in evaluating internal controls.


　Business planning
　　Business plan is one of the most powerful tools for corporations to manage their activities or to measure their performance. The typical business plan entails macro or micro environmental analysis, managerial resource analysis, financial analysis and financial forecasting based on those analyses.　Our representative is a management consultant with profound and broad experiences on that field, and has backed up many corporations ranging from SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) to big businesses.
　　Particularly, we are gearing up for business planning or management consulting for SMEs.　Quite a few of SMEs, constituting the majority of our businesses, are geting stuck in serious condition(i.e. difficulty in succession of their businesses) partly due to lack of eligible successors or innovative mindset. When it comes to Japanese business environment-the materiality of SMEs-, the advantage of our economy stems from ‘cultivating’businesses, not from ‘scrap-and-build’ones. Accordingly, rigorous plans for the business succession should be prepared well in advance in order to maintain valuable businesses.


　Financial Accounting and Reporting Service
　　We support our clients in preparing financial statements in Japanese GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS. The convergence of accounting standards among IFRS, U.S. GAAP and Japanese GAAP have been accelerated, however, there remain some differences among them. We can clarify the similarities and differences of the acounting principles among them, which provides our clients with full understanding of financial conditions.　Our services, however, don't include compilation of financial statements or bookkeeping.


　Tax Advisory Service
　　We support our clients in prepraring corporate tax returns and provide tax advisory services under Japanese tax system. Although tax planning or strategies per se could be critically important, tax is closely related to corporate strategies. In other words, tax is one of the most significant constraining factors in implementing corporate strategies. Accordingly, we offer tax related services from wider management perspectives rather than from mere tax saving.


　M&A Services and Other Valuation Service
　　We provide due diligence services for the acquisition or disposition of a business as well as asset valuation review. We have considerable experience in M&A related services. One of our greatest strengths is that we get involved in entire process of complex M&A procedures.
